Allow us to showcase our extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine and technique brought together by Founder and Executive Chef, Billy Ngo. Our omakase is a seamless blend of service and attention to detail bringing an ever-evolving, intricate, and personalized dining experience to our guests.

Omakase is held on Wednesdays with a singular seating at 6:00PM (additional dates dependent on chef availability). We can accommodate a maximum of five guests per seating. The omakase service runs approximately three hours and features locally-sourced plates from our kitchen and a nigiri flight of premium fish from around the world. Our omakase pairs wonderfully alongside our expansive beverage program with the option to complement your dinner with a beverage pairing.

Omakase is $200 per person, plus applicable taxes and 20% gratuity. The omakase beverage pairing is $85 per person (split pairings will incur an additional fee).
